Jerim Onguru is a graduate Mining Engineer, Data Analytics professional, and community gamechanger passionate about empowering vulnerable youth and driving sustainable development. He is the Founder of the Global Agency for Community Acceleration (GACA CBO), where he leads efforts to mobilize young people, equip them with entrepreneurial and developmental skills, and inspire active participation in community transformation. Beyond his engineering and data background, Jerim is a certified trainer with the Mind Business Development Goals (MBDG) and a youth development consultant. He has championed impactful programs, including climate change action initiatives and menstrual hygiene support for young girls, aimed at restoring dignity, boosting education outcomes, and nurturing the next generation of fearless women leaders. His vision is to see empowered, progressive youth shaping a brighter future for their communities across Africa.
